- Some simulators may be available only by special order.
- Orders may be canceled if incorrect or fraudulent information is detected.

- Delays or failures caused by third-party logistics or payment services.
2. Payment Policy
2.1. Accepted Payment Methods

📦 Corporate Purchase Orders (for institutions & distributors)
All transactions are securely processed, and we do not store payment details.
2.2. Pricing & Taxes
- Prices may include or exclude local taxes, depending on your region.
- Import duties or additional fees may apply for international purchases.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
3.1. Return & Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must:
✔ Be unused and in its original packaging.
✔ Be returned within 30 days of purchase.
✔ Include proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Custom-ordered or specialized simulators.
❌ Digital/downloadable products.
❌ Products with signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.
3.2. Refund Process
1️⃣ Submit a request via contat@prodelphus.com or contact form.
2️⃣ Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
3️⃣ If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
⚠ Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.
3.3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
✔ Check your bank account again.
✔ Contact your credit card provider—it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.

3.4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at contat@prodelphus.com.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
📦 Standard Shipping: Delivery in 15 business days.
🚀 Express Shipping: Available for urgent orders.
Estimated delivery times depend on location, product availability, and carrier services.
4.2. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Customers are responsible for monitoring their deliveries.
4.3. International Orders & Customs
- Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by local authorities.
